Audi Lease Return Process

Audi Stuart is your Audi lease return center in the Stuart/Treasure Coast area. We would be pleased to assist you with the Audi lease return process, regardless of if you leased your vehicle with us originally. At the end of your lease you have three (3) options: turn in your Audi to our dealership, lease or purchase a new Audi, or purchase and keep your current leased Audi.

Your Audi Lease-End Options


Option 1: Turn In Your Vehicle

Complete the following steps to complete your lease.

  1. Review your vehicle's condition.

  2. Schedule your inspection.

  3. Turn in your vehicle to Audi Stuart.

  4. Browse our new inventory to find your next Audi.

Option 2: Purchase Your Vehicle

If you've fallen in love with your car and wish to purchase it, please follow the steps below. 

  1. Contact Audi Stuart to get a payoff quote and instructions on how to purchase your vehicle.

  2. Apply for financing online through our secure online Finance Center.

Option 3: Extend Your Lease

Would you like  to continue leasing the same Audi that you've been driving? If so extend your Audi lease contract by simply calling Audi Stuart and speaking with a Audi lease return specialist to discuss your options.  You can meet with an Audi Return Lease Specialist to discuss extended lease options for your luxury vehicle.

Review Your Vehicle for Wear and Use


If you choose to return your vehicle, it is important to note that you may be billed for any excess wear or damage as Audi guidelines deem appropriate. Of course, it is fully expected some vehicle wear and use would occur.

Schedule Your Vehicle Inspection

Before turning in your vehicle, it is recommended that you have the lease end inspection performed. This inspection may be scheduled by  logging in to AudiFS.com/myaccount or by calling the inspection company, SGS, at (855) 237-1504. Appointments are available Monday - Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. and can be scheduled at your home or work, as long as someone 18 years or older is present.

Recommended Inspection Checklist

  • Clean your vehicle inside and out

  • Make sure all items are present:

    • All keys

    • Owner and service manuals

    • Headrests

    • Navigation discs (if applicable)

    • Cargo covers (if applicable)

    • Floor Mats (if applicable) 

Turn In Your Vehicle

Once your inspection and required repairs are completed, you may turn in your vehicle and look forward to your next Audi experience. Here's how:

  • Contact Audi Stuart to set up a turn-in appointment.

  • After you have returned your vehicle to Audi Stuart, log in to AudiFS.com/myaccount to complete our vehicle return form or by calling (866) 277-8191. You'll receive a final Turn-In Settlement Invoice from us within four weeks.

Frequently Asked Questions


Can I return my vehicle to a non-Audi dealer?

No. Unfortunately, your vehicle must be returned to an authorized Audi Dealer. Contact us to schedule a turn-in appointment.

Can I turn in my vehicle early without additional fees or penalties?

If you're interested in leasing a new Audi, you may be eligible to have up to 3 payments waived with our Lease Pull-Ahead Program. Contact us to learn more. 

What charges can I expect on my final Turn-In Settlement Invoice?

You are responsible for excess wear and use, any remaining payments, any charges specified in your lease agreement that haven't been paid, excess mileage charges, any state fees, and any turn-in/disposition fees.

How do I stop ACH payments after I turn in my vehicle?

If you decide to return your vehicle while there are monthly payments still remaining, it is recommended that you place a stop on the automatic bill payment with Audi Financial Services or your bank. In order to stop the Audi Financial Services automatic bill payment, simply log in to AudiFS.com/myaccount or call (866) 277-8191 to discontinue this service. Please note: if your request is received within five days of your scheduled withdrawal date, a payment may still be deducted from your account.
